Future Health & Social Care CIC Association is an organisation that provided supported housing accommodation for vulnerable adults.  We are currently recruiting for a Night Support Worker.

You will need to have experience and knowledge of the following:

  • The role entails assisting the manager to provide a homely and safe environment to enhance and develop individuals lifestyle in a community setting
  • To ensure a high standard of care and support is maintained at all times
  • Be part of a team
  • Involve the individual in the running of the home offering choices and opportunities
  • Prompting medication
  • Prompting personal hygiene
  • Liaise with other external professionals the mental health teams
  • Liaise with family members
  • Offer emotional support
  • Help to implement care and support and review the individual needs
  • Must be computer and digital literate
