As stated above we take every effort to ensure your data is transmitted to us securely; on receiving your information we also ensure that it is securely stored on your systems. All information submitted via our online forms are stored on our email database and your repairs request is inputted into our Housing Management System to ensure your request is booked in and resolved by our Maintenance Team.
