Make a referral

We welcome referrals to our services

We accept referrals from:

• Social workers
• Community mental health teams
• Assertive Outreach teams
• Early Intervention Services
• GP services
• Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPNs) or psychiatrists

All referrals will be assessed in order to establish what care and support needs the person has and how we are able to meet them. We endeavour to respond to referrals within 24 hours.
